Transparent labels are among the most popular advertising media
Transparent labels have been one of the most popular advertising media for indoor and outdoor use for years. And not without reason: they have the advantage that they can be stuck on without obscuring the view of the surface underneath. For example, you can stick them on a window or a mirror and still see through them.
Tip: transparent labels look particularly good on a coloured background, where they can really show off their advantages.
Transparent labels produced using digital solvent or UV printing are highly resistant to UV light and weathering. They can be used outdoors for several years. The same applies to labels produced using screen printing.
Screen printing is recommended for gold, silver and a few full-tone colours
Screen printing is a sensible option if you are printing a small number of full-tone colours, gold or silver. However, please ensure that the motifs are suitable for screen printing. They should not contain any gradients or screened areas.
Unlike digital printing, screen printing does not reproduce the motif as finely, as a coarser screen is used. However, we can apply a thicker layer of coating, which creates a very special relief effect.
