Which file formats can Matthes & Henze process?

We can process the following file formats for the production of your print orders:

• Mac & Windows versions
• PDF version X3 - When creating PDF files directly from the layout programme, please use the PDF/X standard (PDF/X3 or PDF/X1a). To avoid problems with layers and transparencies, we recommend the PDF standard 1.3.
• JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF, PSD - When saving TIFF files, please make sure that all layers are reduced to a single layer.
• AI, EPS, INDD, SVG

Please note that we can only process data from Word and other Office applications to a limited extent. If you intend to send us print files from these programmes, please contact us beforehand. We can then clarify whether the respective files are suitable for production.

Another important note: Please always create the respective data in the original size, including bleed allowance!
