Which materials does Matthes & Henze offer?

Depending on customer requirements, we print front foils and membrane keyboards on various types of polycarbonate and polyester films.

We most commonly use Autotype film systems from MacDermid, due to their high quality. These films increase the surface protection of many critical and demanding applications in the industrial and medical sectors.

The base film is made of polyester. On one side, there is the hardened structure, and on the other, a primer for printing with different colour systems. The structures are available in different designs. The hard-coated structured surfaces can be selectively printed with a UV clear varnish (for example for use in crystal-clear viewing windows).

MacDermid's high-performance films combine scratch resistance and resistance to chemicals, solvents, UV light and manual abrasion with a long service life.
