Why doesn't Matthes & Henze have an online shop so that you can order directly?
Because we want to be better! We are a family business. Our customers are not order numbers, but people who have a right to expect something from us, and we don't want to disappoint them. We want you to be satisfied with us, our work and your product – always!
Of course, it would be no problem for us to set up an online shop. Quite the opposite: in the medium term, we would have less work processing orders and could lay off employees.
But that's not what we want!
We want you to be satisfied with us. We won't achieve that with multiple online forms, little advice and impersonal service. We want to be the best printing service provider you can imagine – with high-quality products, sound advice and personal contacts. Call us old-fashioned, but we have our principles.
Since we offer an enormous selection of the most diverse materials and printing processes, finding the optimal product in an online shop would not be that easy. Errors would often occur. To avoid these errors right from the start, we create all offers manually. This way, we can provide important information right at the beginning of the order. For example, when creating an offer, we also check your print data for errors, provided that you have attached your print data to the request. This service is virtually impossible to provide with an online shop.
